- Notify the content provider or user that we have removed or disabled access to the material
- Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances
We aim to process all valid DMCA notices within 72 hours of receipt. Counter-notifications will be processed within 10 business days, and the removed content may be restored within 10-14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
False Claims
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. We reserve the right to seek damages from any party that submits a notification or counter-notification in bad faith or with fraudulent intent.
Educational Content and Fair Use
Our platform primarily provides educational masterclasses and training content. We respect fair use principles and encourage the proper attribution of sources. However, fair use is a legal defense that must be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and does not automatically exempt content from copyright claims.

Users of our platform are responsible for ensuring that:
- They have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for any content they upload or share
- Their use of materials complies with applicable copyright laws
- They provide proper attribution where required
- They do not use our services to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Limitations of Liability
We act as an intermediary service provider and are not responsible for the content uploaded by our users. We do not actively monitor all user-generated content but respond to valid copyright claims in accordance with applicable law. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion, with or without notice.
Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
International Considerations
While the DMCA is a law of the United States, we apply its principles globally as a standard framework for handling copyright disputes. Users in other jurisdictions should be aware that different copyright laws may apply, but we will process all claims using the procedures outlined in this policy.
