Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts and access rights of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate the access rights of users who have been the subject of multiple valid DMCA notifications.

Processing Timeline

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  3. Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances

We aim to process all valid DMCA notices within 72 hours of receipt. Counter-notifications will be processed within 10 business days, and the removed content may be restored within 10-14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

False Claims

We reserve the right to seek damages from any party that submits a notification or counter-notification in bad faith or with fraudulent intent.

Educational Content and Fair Use

Our platform primarily provides educational masterclasses and training content. We respect fair use principles and encourage the proper attribution of sources.
